The FAMIX deaerator sets new standards for optimum water quality and outstanding product stability: With our vacuum deaerator, you can achieve a residual oxygen content of just 0.5-1 mg/l – ideal for producing high-quality still drinks such as fruit juices. 

If even lower residual oxygen levels are required, pressure deaeration is a powerful addition. The combination of vacuum and pressure processes ensures a minimum residual oxygen content of ≤ 0.05 mg/l, which is essential for brewing water quality.
