Highly accurate Brix measurement

Quality control is of crucial importance in the production of beverages. FAMIX inline measuring devices make it possible to record and manage product quality data directly in the production process and manage it.

Brix measurement is carried out using a high-precision refractometer, which determines the sugar concentration based on the refractive index and temperature. With the option of transmitting the measured values to a higher-level server, they can be called up at any time and from anywhere.
